On November 11th, i saw my favorite band. Front row. It was possibly the best day of my life. Amy Lee ( lead singer) sounds almost exactly as she does in there recorded music. She hits every high note and its pretty impressive if i do say so myself. They are amazing in concert, not that i had any doubt. Some of the songs they played were going under, bring me to life, lithium, my heart is broken, made of stone, whisper, and a few more. Now me being me. These are a lot of my favorite songs ( well, all of them are my favorite.) . I cried ( happily ) for the entire time. That was about two hours of full on sobbing. Considering they are my favorite band and Amy Lee is my idol. It was inevitable that i was going to cry. I told myself i wasn't going to... and then she walked on stage. Now i might be biased. But i had other people with me that loved the show just as much... okay maybe they weren't hysterically crying. They loved it none the less. If you want a good rock show with high energy, then i highly recommend Evanescence. If not for the music , then for the energy and people. Given not everybody is gonna be nice. Most people i met were. They have a good fan base. Them themselves are good people. Evanescence is an amazing band with amazing music. I highly suggest giving them a listen or going to see them in concert.
